Return & Refund Summary
We want you to love your GymFever purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Sale items and are not eligible for refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
