Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Victoria: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–8 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–12 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. GymFever is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, GymFever ships within Australia only. International shipping may become available in the future.
